This is my great grandfather. He wore thick glasses that magnified his eyes so big, and he’d chew his meat and then spit some of it out in his napkin at dinner time. I always thought that was weird, but Mom told me it was because of his dentures. They made things difficult. I called him G-Pa, but his name was Wallace Farr, and I think there is a Lawrence in there somewhere. Some people called him Larry back in the day. G-Pa and G-Ma would always argue and make quips at each other, but whenever they parted for a short time, G-Pa would always give G-Ma a soft kiss and would take her hand, and there was so much love. So much love.
